Paid orders cannot be cancelled.

REPRINTS
ORDERS ARE DELETED FROM OUR SYSTEM ONCE PAID. therefore we generally do not offer reprints. If you think you will need additional copies we recommend that you purchase them when you place your order.
REFUNDS & RETURNS & NON-PAYMENTS
All sales are final, no refunds will be issued. If you find a spelling error or other mistake on your document that was our fault, please notify us by email
If you find an error that was not our fault you will need to submit a new order to obtain a corrected document. You agree not to try to defraud us and charge back your payment once we complete the service. if you do, you agree to pay us a fee of $250.00.
If we provide the service requested and you do not pay, you agree to an Investigation fee (skiptracing) of 275.00, small claims fees, attorneys fees, misc.fees to have you located, served for small claims and court fees. You will also be reported to all 3 credit bureaus. Once service is provided and we send you a snap shot of the document, once you approve, you are liable for all of the above fees if you do not pay. The terms ‘skiptracing’ is an act of locating a individual or company and will include obtaining all needed information to locate and serve an individual including obtaining your FULL social security number, current and past address, known associates and any and all info needed to locate for legal purposes only. You agree to all fees included and waive all rights in court. Once you submit your order for your Novelty documents you agree you are in sound mind and understand our terms and conditions.
TERMINOLOGY
All items for sale on this site are novelty items for novelty purposes only. The terms “fake” and “phony” as used in this website’s text, title, meta tags, keywords, and images are synonymous with “novelty” and are used for search engine optimization purposes only.

By completing a purchase from our website you agree to and accept the following conditions: I, the user, fully agree and understand that all items sold on this web site, herein referred to as “novelty document(s)” by “the vendor” are strictly for novelty purposes only and may not be used for illegal purposes of any kind. I agree that I will not present any novelty document(s) from this vendor as an item having value, credit or merit of any kind. I declare that I have checked the laws of my state and that I am not prohibited to purchase or possess any type of novelty document(s) and I fully release the vendor and all persons associated with the sale of the novelty document(s) from any and all liability that may arise out of my placing an order. I agree that I will not use, nor will I allow any other party or person to use the novelty document(s) that I purchase from this vendor in any forum, including but not limited to any type of media, legal or government related presentation, publication, report, evidence, production or exhibit. I solemnly swear and affirm that I am not affiliated with any local, state or federal law enforcement agency who is purchasing novelty document(s) from this vendor for use in any type of investigation or legal action. I claim complete and sole responsibility for any and all legal costs required to represent the vendor should I not abide by any conditions of this agreement.
